Shipping policy

Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within one working day. Standard orders are sent using Royal Mail. Please allow 1-2 working days to receive your package within the UK. Overseas orders will take a bit longer. We can deliver to a home address, work address or friends or any address if you are buying Naked Biotics for someone and wish it to be sent directly to them.

Returns and Refunds

We are confident that you will be satisfied with your Naked Biotics purchase. However, if this is not the case, please contact us at support@nakedbiotics.co.uk  or on 0203 959 2599 as soon as possible and, with your agreement, we can decide whether to provide you with a replacement product, an alternative product or to issue a full refund. At our discretion we may require you to return the goods in question at our cost.
